About ASPCA Right Horse
The goal of the ASPCA Right Horse program is to massively increase horse adoption in the United States. The program elevates and advances the work of equine adoption organizations and supporters nationwide while simultaneously building the demand for adoptable horses. As a result, more horses are finding adoptive homes each year, allowing the rescue community to help more at-risk horses.
Cailin Caldwell – Director, ASPCA Right Horse program
Cailin Caldwell is the Director of the ASPCA Right Horse program. Cailin oversees the organization’s equine adoption efforts and network of partners working collaboratively to massively increase adoptions nationwide. Since 2018, Cailin has been focused on marketing equine adoption and helping connect potential homes with available horses through myrighthorse.org. She has a deep passion for connecting good people to good horses through adoption.
Olivia D’Amico – Social Media Coordinator, ASPCA
Olivia D’Amico started as a Social Media Coordinator at the ASPCA in 2024 but has been with the organization since 2021. Focused on the ASPCA Right Horse social media channels, her primary role is to generate compelling content in collaboration with ASPCA Right Horse partners to promote equine adoption and spread awareness about the Right Horse program.
