Get to Know Adoptable Horse Divine Indy

Standing 16.3 hands high, Divine Indy last raced in 2014 and retired sound. Second Stride is not aware of any injuries. She has had five foals, and had her last foal in February 2023. She is eligible for the Retired Racehorse Project Broodmare division!

A kind, seemingly intelligent mare, Divine Indy settled in quickly to the Second Stride farm and turned out well with her new pasture friends. She is a big, solid girl that is sound and ready to get back under saddle with her new partner.

Divine Indy gets along well with pasture friends and was good for the vet and farrier. She is quiet in her stall but is also good for 24/7 turnout. Indy does crib.

Indy did well her first time under saddle. She didn’t seem to mind getting back to work, and should be able to train for any discipline.

She is a lovely mare deserving of a second chance.
