I love them. I wore out the short pair and got another one. The sole wore thin and so just used them in warmer weather. Mine do not have that kind of top so I use them for all my horse chores. I have used the short ones for riding and when doing yard work and gardening.i have given them for gifts so have multiple family members who wear them. Love the look of this pair.

Would not recommend just because of the quality of the rubber.
