On the other hand….the guy who rode off with the mare probably saw the news on tv, and thought police might be able to identify him. And just maybe…..that’s why he called the owner. Either way, thank goodness the lady got her horse back!

I’m not always a friend of media coverage, but in this case — thank God for TV! I hope the “finder” didn’t get prosecuted — he had a change of heart, after all!
