Maybe they took the horse with them. That would explain how they could find the girl if they find the horse. Or if they’re boarding it somewhere they can track them down.

How could finding a horse help lead authorities to a missing girl? Even if they did find the horse, horses cannot talk and it would not give any hidden messages using hay. I am not trying to be snide, but I am just curious. Also, how could the girl not realize she was abducted? Yes, migranes can cause people to be dillusional, but migranes do not last forever. If anyone knows the answer to these questions, please write a comment for this article, I am really interested.

Wouldn’t it be neat if the horse could lead investigators to the girl — that’s a movie waiting to be made. My thoughts are with the family. Thanks for reporting on this — perhaps the horse community can help here.
