  • About the BLM, The Paper Horse reports: "Interestingly, despite BLM’s dire financial straits, they have not increased grazing fees, which are as low as the law allows. Several decades ago President Reagan passed laws to allow the BLM to increase the fees, but instead, they lowered them. (It needs to be noted that a number of long-term politicians have ties to the cattle industry, some collecting tens of thousands of taxpayer dollars in disaster aid.)"
