I didn’t start riding until I was 30. My riding instructor gave me an excerpt from the book, Centered Riding, to help me to relax and gain confidence. I bought the book and have read it again and again. Ms. Swift’s illustrations are priceless aids to help anyone with balance and control. Since then, my son has taken up riding and I insisted he read both books. Thank You, Sally Swift for an invaluable resource!
