Should be available only to experieced riders alone on ‘trails’ as I used to ride there in 1980s and in the indoor ring in winter for drill team. For inexperienced riders there should be an outdoor ring with instructors for newcomers.

i here horses are not treated well there so im not happy about this! how would you feel if you were a pony having poor riders tuging on your mane a kicking you all day long? poor horses!

obviously there are good points and bad points bringing horses back to NY, and just like in everything else, you cant please everyone. as long as the main concern and welfare is in favor of the horses thats what matters most.

That is good news to all the horse lovers in NY, but I can see the problems starting before the horses ever get to be in the Park.
