ORIGINAL ARTICLE: On Nov. 2, five horses were stolen out of their
stalls
at Southern Arkansas University’s Mulerider Stables along with a trailer
and some tack. The horses were used by SAU’s rodeo team.

Officials confirmed that four of the five missing
horses had been recovered on Nov. 15. The horses were found in a wooded area
near Tom, Okla. where the stolen trailer had been found on Nov. 3. The horses
appeared malnourished and dehydrated, but are expected to recover.

Some of the stolen tack and equipment was recovered
on Nov. 10.

Police investigating the case have confirmed that they
do have suspects, according to SAU, but they are not releasing the names as the
investigation is still ongoing.

The fifth horse is a 15-year-old Sorrel American
Quarter Horse
gelding named Credit Card. He is 15 hands with a blaze, left rear
sock and freeze brands on his left shoulder and right hip. He is described as high-strung and poor mannered. SAU is offering a
$5,000 reward for the return of the horse. To view more photos of Credit Card
