Having survived a traumatic head injury when I was 19, I believe helmets are very important for everyone’s health and well-being. I never ride without one!

Most people don’t think they need to wear one, but it will be that one time they wish they had one on. A friend of my parents was practicing roping one Sunday and his horse spooked and he fell off and hit his head. He was in a coma and eventually died. You just never know. I would love to have a helmet.
