They are fine as long as they can promote low cost sports. Give them a volley ball and net, a cheap wooden field hockey stick and call it equality. Equestrian woman are generally academically high performing, hard working and committed kids that should be precisely the type of student colleges want. But the reality is the lack of progress in picking up schools is more about money and the cost to support the program. Shame on the NCAA and the many schools that pay lip service to woman athletics.
