Then added was she had been abandoned and the good people of whomever found her had come to her rescue and saved her from being slaughtered. They posted pictures of this horse, ran stories in newspapers TV and ran Phil’s name through the mud. Now in a small, un-televised update we read she wasn’t shot by paintballs, wasn’t in an auction and Phil wasn’t “believed” to be involved in her injuries. He did however transport this horse and according to them abandoned her. Lets call it really like it is, it wasn’t Phil who starved it, let it go blind, shot it with paint…… he transported off a farm and to a legal entity. The woman who was truly responsible for this animal claims she thought she was sending to a retirement home, yah right.
