Horse show offenses may bar access to state breeders’ fund
The Kentucky Horse Racing Commission on Monday acted to prevent those with federal horse show infractions from benefiting from a state breeders’ fund. The commission approved an emergency regulation to make those with Horse Protection Act violations of any kind ineligible for money from the state fund, which is designed to encourage horse breeding in Kentucky, from the Lexington Herald-Leader.  Read more >>
