This sounds like a very productive discussion in progress, but I would like to see more emphasis on rider AND horse licensing. Perhaps there should really be a very strict process of education for both that can be enforced worldwide! So much in this sport is a matter of experience, and the more unified the experiences horses and riders can make around the world, the more easily accidents can be avoided…

If they want to make things safer then they should make the jumps smaller that way the horses are not getting hurt and don’t have just water on the other side. I just think that horses should be able to see what they are jumping that’s me but other people see’s different.
