May 27 marks the last day of bidding on eBay for two very special saddle pads. An all-purpose pad and a dressage pad (both from Classic Equine) are being auctioned off on www.ebay.com with proceeds benefiting the U.S. Eventing Association. But what makes these pads truly unique is that they have been autographed by top eventers, including Kristin Bachman, Darren Chiacchia, Robert Costello, Tiana Coudray, Will Faudree, Jonathan Holling, Bonnie Mosser, Lauren O’Brien, David O’Connor, Karen O’Connor, Amy Tryon, Heidi White, Cathy Wieschhoff, John Williams, and Jim Wofford.

Along with the famous signatures, the white pads with black piping feature a painting by Rebecca Raubacher of a horse lying down. Raubacher’s paintings and drawings have been exhibited in one-person shows, most recently at the Leslie Cecil Gallery in New York City, and in museum exhibits such as “The Face” at the Arkansas Art Center in Little Rock, Ark.
