If they cut in, I bring the stick up and point it at their shoulder and push them out, dropping the stick as soon as they are back on the fence. The cutting in only lasts a few laps (I am horribly inconsistent about getting out every day to practice) before they realize I leave them alone when they stay on the circle, and they stay there.
