Interesting and funny. On a serious note, when we lived in Wisconsin our horses could be in a nice warm stall or outside, their choice. What did they choose? In the nastiest blizzards you can imagine, their choice was outside, head down, butt to the wind. One of them even knew how to keep the water tank open herself. These are afterall, herd animals that are perfectly capable of taking care of themselves if we just let them.

My dad loves to do that- I know he is trying to get closer to me by helping me with my horses, but sometimes it makes things a little to stressed!

My non-horsey husband also gets possessed with horsey projects. There is no persuading him otherwise! Husbands can be so funny.
