THANKS FOR ALL OF YOUR COMMENTS!
I SPENT SO MANY YEARS AROUND SHOW HORSES THAT WERE USUALLY TOO FAT AND OVERFED FOR THEIR OWN GOOD. MY EYES HAVE BEEN OPENED, SADLY, TO HOW MUCH ABUSE AND NEGLECT THERE IS IN THE HORSE WORLD.
I JUST DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW ANY “HUMAN” COULD WALK OUT THE DOOR EVERYDAY, AND IGNORE THE STARVING ANIMAL IN THE BACKYARD.

Thank goodness for people like your friend Linda. It is sad that this happens but it does.Joey is a LUCKY fellow and undoubtedly will be a community project.

OMG how can people be so cruel? I just want to feed him – Any way to get him to NY – my husband would never notice another horse.. Thank God he ws found in time
