Chemo made me very tired and a little unsteady and I was afraid the instructors would tell me to come back when I was done with treatment. Instead they got my horse ready for me every lesson and encouraged me on. I did have a setback during that time because there was one horse I really wanted to ride but couldn’t because I didn’t have the strength or stamina. I’m happy to say that I now riding that horse and it was well worth the wait.
